Steve Borgess

Steve Borgess is a retired captain with a major international airline. In the course of his flying career, he served as a check airman and an FAA Air Crew program-designated pilot examiner for the Boeing 727, as well as a chief pilot and FAA ATP-designated pilot examiner for Lear Jets and the Falcon 20. He flew the hajj in 1978 as a copilot and with an airline even more disreputable than the one in the story. Flying Crooked was inspired by that experience. Steve's articles regarding pilot and aircrew training have been published in Flight Deck magazine. His aviation short fiction is available on his website. Steve lives and writes on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
