Tiffany Stepney is a proud Washington, DC native who currently resides in Silver Spring, MD. As a multifaceted professional, Tiffany balances her roles as an entrepreneur, mental health advocate, and Assistant to the CEO of The Eudaimonia Project Inc. Her dedication extends to real estate as a licensed Maryland Realtor and to law as a legal assistant for an intellectual property law firm.

Tiffany’s commitment to her community is evident through her extensive volunteer work, which spans personal, spiritual, and professional arenas. She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., where she has held various leadership positions and contributed to numerous committees. Additionally, Tiffany serves as a charter member of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc., Montgomery Chapter where she has guided the chapter’s Top Teens of America affiliate group as their Advisor.

With a lifelong passion for service, Tiffany has turned her personal journey of overcoming grief and mental health challenges into a mission to help others. She believes in the power of storytelling to share her experiences and offer hope to those facing similar struggles.
