Kathryn Clark

Kathryn graduated with distinction from the Bath Spa MA Writing for Young People in 2017. She writes speculative and contemporary Young Adult novels, as well as short fiction for adults. Kathryn’s stories and novels have been listed in, placed, and won a number of writing awards including: Times/Chicken House, Mslexia, Bath Children’s Novel, Searchlight First Chapter, Book Pipeline, and Arvon Novel Opening Chapter. Her short fiction has been published in various anthologies. In 2023, her YA Sci-fi novel THINGS I LEARNED WHILE I WAS DEAD was runner up in the Faber Imagined Futures Prize. She lives in Gloucestershire with her family and two dogs.
