Brittney Toles

Hailing from the quaint town of Beloit, Wisconsin, Brittney embodies a wealth of experience as an outdoor educator, mentor, counselor, coach, youth advocate, and former collegiate athlete. Her academic journey led her to Concordia University Wisconsin (CUW), where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, all the while making her mark as a vital member of the Women's Basketball team.

Following her graduation, Brittney assumed the role of Teen Leadership Coordinator at Lake Valley Camp, a charitable organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged urban youth in Milwaukee. It was during this pivotal chapter that her profound affinity for interweaving outdoor education, team dynamics, and life skills first blossomed.

Subsequently, Brittney lent her expertise to Southwest Key Programs as the Crisis Management Liaison and Mentor Recruitment Specialist, entrusted with overseeing the Mentoring Program. Here, she tirelessly connected young individuals with passionate, positive, and compassionate adults, forging vital links within the community fabric.

A Master's degree in Education with an emphasis on Experiential Learning and Development, bestowed upon her by Plymouth State University, stands as a testament to her unwavering commitment to personal growth and empowerment. Throughout her journey, Brittney has ceaselessly championed the cause of spreading positivity and humility to all she encounters, in the hopes that this transformative spirit will reverberate through each individual she touches, and in turn, ripple out to uplift others.
