Shraddha Chandwadkar is a passionate Self-Esteem & Mindfulness coach who empowers and illuminates the lives of women and children. Her workshops, coaching sessions & mini-retreats focus on practical strategies to improve self-image, overcome self-doubt, and develop a positive mindset. They also include mindfulness techniques that help in stress management and self-care. Shraddha enjoys writing on topics related to self-esteem and mindfulness.She also teaches Reiki, and volunteers as an executive program director in a health and wellness non-profit. She recently received the silver ‘President Volunteer Service Award’ acknowledging her service towards bringing awareness in Mindfulness and Yoga practices. Shraddha is a mother of two teens and three cats. She is also a spiritual seeker who loves to spend quality time in meditative & contemplative practices. Shraddha has an MS, Computer Engineering, from NC State University USA and BE in Electronics Engg from Pune, India.
