With 40 years of CEO experience, Eric has successfully created a multi-million business platform for dispensaries and grow facilities for expansion to other markets specializing in organization, production, management, state compliance and most importantly profitability. Starting in the beauty industry at an early age, Eric manufactured, designed and imported salon and spa furniture for the industry, selling his company in 2006. In 2010, Eric put his energy in the marijuana industry.
