Barbara Simpson

Barbara Simpson is an educator, researcher and academic author who is interested in how organisations, including the people associated with them, evolve and innovate through engaged social encounters. She writes about practice from a processual, relational perspective that tries to travel with the subtle dynamics that are often overlooked in organisational research. Her work is informed by extensive organisational experience as a team leader, a non-executive director, a start-up entrepreneur, and a university professor, as well as her passions for music, literature and photography.
