Jim McPherson

Jim McPherson was born in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1969 and is the youngest of four siblings of loving parents, John and Linda McPherson. He is married to his wife Kristi and has one daughter, Lainey. They currently reside in The Woodlands, Texas. Jim is a true dog lover and has owned six miniature dachshunds throughout his life. He wrote this book in fond memory of two of his favorite dachshunds and his life experiences with Lainey's horrible fear of wasps since being stung by one as a young child. Lainey is now 17 yrs old and is still petrified of Wasps. Her two dogs Mitsy and Jackson (hero's in the book) were always so loyal and protective of her which inspired key pieces of the books story.
