Treasea Petitti

Hello, my name is Treasea Petitti. I'll tell you a funny story about the spelling of my name. Honestly, my mother didn't know how to spell Teresa which is what she was going for. I remember struggling in kindergarten to spell Treasea, so my teacher suggested to my mother to change the spelling to Teresa. So yes, Teresa is my name, the legal spelling is just too silly to talk about on a daily basis, so I only use the legally spelled version for by books and official documents. So please call me Teresa and I am happy you are here reading my bio. so, thank you.

I am a happy mother of three boys, Joseph, Jory & Vance. So far, I have two grandchildren, Brookly & Barrett. I have two beautiful daughters in laws, Marisa who is married to Jory; whom are the parents of Brooklyn & Barrett, and then Joana who is married to Vance.

Along with my longtime partner Timmy, I own and operate a restaurant in Moab Ut called the Trailhead Public House & Eatery. My menu is just that, all my recipes are my creations. I, with the help of a fantastic kitchen crew make 95% of the menu from stretch. One of my slogans is "Don't forget the Bread Pudding" which is always homemade with love.

I enjoy thinking. It's funny to say, but it's so true. So, when I get the urge to get those thoughts out of my head, I write a book, or create a new recipe of some sort or I'll cook something. I write poetry and sometimes draw.

As I grow older, I plan to add more books to my collection. So far Grandmas Garden, coming soon, Baby Brother as well as

If Toes Could Talk.

I am also working on a Calendar for 2026 and beyond, themed "Bread Pudding For A Year" featuring a different bread pudding each month that includes a picture & recipe for any home cook to prepare and enjoy.

I hope you follow me through my journey and enjoy what I share.
