Tina Jost lives in Charleston, South Carolina, with her husband, Dan. Together, they have three grown sons, are blessed with two wonderful daughters-in-law, and recently welcomed a beautiful new granddaughter. Tina earned her B.A. in Psychology in 1995 and subsequently homeschooled her children through high school.
She is a certified life coach, a workshop facilitator, and a member of the Catholic Writers Guild. Her writing on faith and spirituality has been featured in The Loop by CatholicVote, Theology of Home, OSV, The Catholic Miscellany, and Radiant. As an Anchoress for the Seven Sisters Apostolate, Tina is dedicated to praying for priests by committing to weekly Eucharistic Adoration and offering a Holy Hour before the Blessed Sacrament for a specific pastor.
Her first book, One Hour for My Priest: A Prayer Companion (OSV), received Second Place in the 2025 Catholic Media Association Book Awards in the Prayer & Devotional category. The mission of her work continues to expand globally to provide essential spiritual support for clergy; it has been translated and published in Spain by Editorial Nueva Eva, with a North American Spanish edition forthcoming. Her writing and ministry are rooted in a deep love for the Eucharist, vocation support, and the sacred calling of intercession.
