Mohammed Abdul Mannan

Mohammed Abdul Mannan, a commerce and economics graduate from Osmania University in his native Hyderabad, worked with Deccan Chronicle, Indian Express, India Today, Qatar’s The Peninsula, and Khaleej Times, UAE’s first English daily. He was Head of Media Relations for Dubai Tourism. Winner of the first Qatar Tourism Award, he was the founder-editor of Via Dubai. His first book, Dubai – A City Making History, became an instant hit in 2001. He researched and wrote Behind the Mask, the first-ever book on the pandemic.
