Princess Meesa marks Kindra Westercamp's debut as an author. Kindra wanted to author a children's picture book for over 20 years. However, she did not prioritize writing a children's picture book until she feared her own personal story [of life] was going to be cut short. Kindra was diagnosed with incurable cancer and rather than dwelling on the fear and anxiety that sometimes involves, she chose to make her dream of being an author a reality.
Kindra lives in South Carolina with her husband and two children. She works as a Clinical Psychologist in a private practice setting; her role as a therapist helped inspire many of the values highlighted in her debut book. Kindra enjoys taking walks, reading, watching Bravo, shopping at TJ-Maxx, tending to her plants, organizing, and spending time with her family. She is a feline lover and has two cats.
