I know what it means to start from nothing. Before I ever owned a business or earned a degree, I was an addict living on the streets. Nights under bridges and days spent in survival mode were my reality until faith gave me a reason to rebuild.

The rebuilding was slow but steady. I worked my way back, earned my MBA, and am now pursuing a PhD in Philosophy with a focus on leadership and organizational thinking. Along the way, I launched my own consulting firm, helping leaders identify blind spots and create strategies that hold up under real pressure.

Writing became a creative outlet that sharpened my ability to think, process, and express ideas in ways business alone could not. It allows me to explore both strategy and human experience, giving me perspective I bring into every conversation with clients and colleagues.

At home, my wife Carol and I have built a family through adoption, homeschooling, and the daily commitment to keep faith at the center. Our children remind me constantly that leadership begins at home.

From homelessness and addiction to business, academics, and family, my story is one of persistence and purpose—values I bring into every part of my work today.
