Julia Florrie

Julia Florrie is a retired teacher. She lives on a small holding near Swansea, South Wales with her husband and the youngest of their four children. Her four grandchildren continue to be an ongoing delight. She enjoys gardening, cooking and walking the coastline of the beautiful Gower peninsular. She also likes to write.

Julia (writing as Julie Thomas) was a semi-finalist in the Scriptwriters & Co INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL 2025.

Julia's yet to be published second novel (submitted under the name Julie Thomas) was selected as one of the TOP 100 entries in the ASCENT NOVEL PRIZE 2025/26.
