Rubao Lee is an accomplished computer scientist and software engineer, renowned for his expertise in designing and implementing data processing systems. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from the Institute of Computing Technology at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008. Following his doctoral work, Dr. Lee served as a research scientist in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The Ohio State University.
