Laurie M. Hatch RD

Laurie Hatch, RD, is a certified cancer dietitian with nearly two decades of experience providing nutrition care for persons with cancer. She is a breast cancer survivor with a passion and drive to give other survivors the healthier life they want and deserve. The title of her books, In the Pink, comes from a quote from Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. The phrase means " in the best possible condition, or tip top shape" and I believe that breast cancer survivors deserve genuine guidance to do just that after cancer treatment. She is a former fitness instructor, lifelong outdoor enthusiast, horseback rider, and devoted reader of all things related to breast cancer. Laurie, a mother of three and grandmother, lives with her husband near Denver, Colorado.
