I am a spirited optimist individual who has overcome adversity having born in London England 1932 educated in military school and boarding school, experiencing the horrors of the Second World War and The Korean War.

I have never married but enjoyed many best friends and being creative in art and writing in Los Angeles. I am happy compiling self help books which are concise easy to do and have helped me and others achieve excellent health and a happy life. I am now writing stories.
