Titilayo Tinubu Ali

Titilayo Tinubu Ali is an education policy expert and author with a focus on early childhood education, equity, and systemic change. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of research, policy, and philanthropy, leading efforts to ensure students from underserved backgrounds have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. Her work highlights successful case studies and outliers in education, identifying the key policy conditions that allow these best practices to flourish and be replicated in other contexts.

Titilayo has co-authored two books, On the Road to High-Quality Early Learning: Changing Children’s Lives and Disrupting Disruption: The Steady Work of Transforming Schools, which spotlight transformative education practices and the policies that support them. Her research and insights have been featured in major publications, and she lectures on educational equity, law, and public policy at Georgetown University.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College, a master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
