Sheetal Smith-Batish

Sheetal is an experienced leader in the Primary and Secondary education sector. She has worked in a variety of settings in London and Oxfordshire and has completed programmes such as the National Professional Qualification for Headship. She has been responsible for many curriculum areas but thoroughly enjoys raising standards in English. She is currently working as an Assistant Headteacher in an independent, secondary school but thoroughly enjoys writing when she’s not in the classroom. As well as promoting diversity, equality and mental health, she has always been invested in Carol Dweck’s growth mindset theory.
