Skylar grew up in rural South Africa, where silence, space, and solitude became the backdrop for her inner world. With a background in engineering and a fascination with metaphysics, she began building the foundations of Charmed Vigilance—her debut novel—long before it had a name. Her writing blends dark academia, mythic fantasy, and emotional depth, exploring themes of energy, identity, and unseen realities.
