Gabriela Weaver

Gabriela Weaver is the Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs and Research for the University of Massachusetts system. She also holds a position as Professor of chemistry at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Prior to UMass, Gabriela was a faculty member at Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN) and at the University of Colorado in Denver. Gabriela's PhD in chemical physics is from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a BS in chemistry from Caltech. She lives with her spouse, children and many pets in beautiful western Massachusetts.
