Darren says that in that time, he saw far too many ‘experts’ clutter the industry with impenetrable jargon, fancy improvement tools and techniques that just don’t work.

I was frustrated, business leaders were frustrated, and organisations were stuck in a cycle of improvement project after improvement project, but most were actually going backwards.

I knew that there was a better way.

My mission was clear - to consolidate over three decades of experience into one, clear and effective plan that did what all the other systems and tools couldn’t - deliver results!
