Craig McManus

Craig McManus has enjoyed writing since a young age. His writing pursuits and interest in ghosts and hauntings eventually drew him to America's original seaside resort, Cape May, New Jersey, where he researched and wrote five books in his wildly successful "Ghosts of Cape May" series for which Kirkus Reviews referred to McManus as a "Super Niche Hero" for the quantity of books he sold as a self-published author.

McManus is also an avid collector and historian of old Christmas lights, ornaments, and decorations. He was the Chairman of the Golden Glow of Christmas Past organization for several years, along with taking a turn as Editor of the international organization's "The GLOW" magazine, where he penned several in-depth articles on collecting vintage and antique Christmas.

His most recent project was to expand and update Robert Iwamasa's "History of the Christmas Figural Light Bulb" reference book which is considered by many to be the definitive book on collecting old figural Christmas tree lights. The newly expanded and redesigned Third Edition is now over 300 pages (expanded from the previous version's 225) with new historical information and photos added by McManus. The book is now available in both paperback and hardcover editions.
