M. Beth Borst

Dr. M. Beth Borst is a dedicated educator and leader with nearly two decades of experience championing student success in higher education. As the Founding Dean of the Ivy Tech Honors College, and a professor specializing in Leadership, she empowers students to thrive as they prepare for transfer to four-year colleges and universities. Her student-centered approach is informed by her extensive teaching experience at both the undergraduate and graduate levels where she has witnessed firsthand the diverse journeys students take to achieve their goals.
