Janice Moore

Leveraging twenty-five years of experience in the certification industry, including her previous role with the Institute of Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.) and the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), Janice serves as a strategic partner for organizations seeking to develop new credentials, improve existing programs, and achieve accreditation.

After working with clients across dozens of industries to develop their certification programs, Janice firmly believes that accreditation standards are an effective framework for improvement. Janice serves as a strategic-planning partner to evaluate and improve clients’ major program areas, helping to set goals, assess feasibility, develop strong governance foundations, facilitate policy development, and design quality-management programs.

In addition to volunteering throughout her community, Janice remains committed to the certification industry through a number of volunteer activities. She often presents at industry conferences, has participated on numerous I.C.E. committees, and served on the I.C.E. Board of Directors, I.C.E. Accreditation Services Council, I.C.E. Certification Services Council, and ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) Personnel Certification Accreditation Committee (PCAC).

Janice’s love for animals is evident in her hobbies and volunteerism. When she’s not working with her dogs, she can often be found educating guests about birds of prey and wildlife conservation on the trails of the Carolina Raptor Center.
