Daniel Strode

Daniel Strode is a globally recognised author, keynote speaker, and thought leader in innovation, organisational culture, and AI in the workplace. As former Global Director of Culture & Strategy at Banco Santander - where he championed “The Santander Way” across 230,000 colleagues in 32 countries - Daniel brings executive-level insight to the challenges facing modern organisations.

His latest book, The Quiet Reckoning, examines the intersection of artificial intelligence and human resources, exploring how AI is reshaping work while remaining firmly connected to the cultural and technological shifts he has spent his career studying.
