Donna Joppie has been a creative person her entire life, but writing has captured her heart more deeply than anything else. Born in South Louisiana as one of seven siblings, she grew up surrounded by rich culture, a tight-knit community, and stories waiting to be told. Her love for uncovering the truth began as a child, watching mystery shows with her father and solving cases before the first commercial break. That instinct, paired with her fascination for human nature and justice, fuels her storytelling and has earned her the Reader Views Five-Star Review in 2024 and the International Impact Book Award for Best in Mystery/Thriller/Suspense in 2025.
