William Pelletier

William Pelletier is the founder of the Institute for Absurd Excellence—a completely fictional organization dedicated to the survival of gloriously tired humans. He writes books that mix humor, philosophy, and snack-based rituals to help people navigate life without pretending perfection is the goal.

His debut, Foundations of Absurd Excellence: A Field Guide to Revolutionary Imperfection, is not a productivity manual. It’s a survival kit for the overwhelmed and snack-deprived, guided in part by Carl the Goat (an emotionally literate goat with questionable credentials and strong opinions about raisins).

When he isn’t writing about naps, flops, or goats, William can usually be found parenting, philosophizing, or experimenting with new ways to explain motivation as a raccoon in a sparkly cape. He believes excellence is less about “getting it together” and more about showing up human—with snacks.

Motto: Per kazuum, veritas — “Through the kazoo, truth.”
