Evan Kidwell embarked on his writing journey after a leadership conference in 2023, where he publicly committed to publishing a book by the end of 2024. Growing up in Claremont, CA, and now residing in Pacific, Northwest, with his wife and their two children, Evan turned to fantasy novels as a refuge from childhood bullying. His debut, Timeaous Spark and the Luck Curse aims to offer a similar escape and instill resilience. Evan hopes his narrative will highlight the struggles with bullying, showing readers that resilience and strong character are powerful attributes that can redefine one’s story. This book is his testament to the power individuals possess to overcome bullying, reminding readers that neither bullies nor society should dictate who we are meant to be.
