Christopher Workman

Christopher Workman is a law enforcement leader, author, speaker, and advocate for officer wellness with more than 25 years in law enforcement and over 30 years of first responder experience.

He is the author of *Silence Behind the Blue Wall: Surviving the Mental Health Stigma in Police Culture*, a candid examination of occupational stress, resilience, leadership, and the stigma surrounding mental health in law enforcement.

Workman holds a Master of Science in Administration of Justice, a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science, an Associate degree in Criminal Justice, and a certificate in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership.

He is also the founder of The DeepBlu Project, an initiative focused on **Leadership, Wellness, and Accountability** within the law enforcement community. Through writing, training, speaking, and conversations with first responders, Workman encourages officers and leaders to confront difficult issues before they reach a breaking point.

His message is simple:
