His journey began in Denton, Texas, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Advertising from the University of North Texas in 1992—a launching pad for a career defined by bold, entrepreneurial leaps.

Fresh out of college, Robert broke the mold by founding an advertising agency that ignited statewide campaigns, and he soon emerged as a pioneer in internet marketing during the era when the digital frontier was just unfolding. For nearly three decades, he thrived in the fast-paced world of automotive finance, mastering the art of business management while simultaneously venturing into diverse enterprises—from a note car lot and a truckers factoring company to a hair salon and a general contracting firm specializing in outdoor kitchens, patios, and pergolas.

Yet amidst this whirlwind of professional accomplishments, writing remained Robert’s steadfast passion. He founded the Cooperative Fiction Project … a dynamic, two-year collaboration where he and fellow writers ignited their imaginations in weekly sessions that birthed inventive stories and compelling plots. Over the years, Robert quietly amassed nearly 300 short stories and 40 full-length novels, each a testament to his creative spirit.

In October 2024, he made the exhilarating decision to retire from finance and embrace writing full time, unearthing a treasure trove of narratives accumulated over two decades.
