I’ve spent most of my life exploring one question: What makes a man truly strong?
Not the kind of strength that shouts the loudest or dominates and seeks to control others but the quiet, grounded strength that endures, protects, and leads with purpose. That question has guided my writing, my coaching, and the mission behind everything I do.
My name is Raith Deantoir, and I’m a life coach, author, and speaker dedicated to helping men reclaim clarity, confidence, and control in a world that often works to strip them of all three. With backgrounds in the military, law enforcement, business, and education and degrees in Business and Human Resources focused on organizational change, I’ve spent decades learning how people grow, adapt, and lead. Those experiences taught me that real power doesn’t come from aggression or titles. It comes from discipline, reflection, and living with purpose.
As an NLP practitioner and mentor, I’ve guided men through some of life’s hardest transitions: loss, failure, divorce, and self-doubt. Through coaching and writing, I help them turn chaos into order and reaction into resolve. My work blends philosophy, psychology, and practicality, Stoic wisdom, warrior ethos, and real-world experience into tools for self-mastery.
My books, Manhood 101: A Series of Essays, The Reflective Warrior, The Purpose Project, The Universal Warrior Ethos written with the late RP Thor, and Why women want a 10% man and the many other book I have written address different aspects of masculine development. Whether it’s understanding forgiveness, reclaiming your frame, or rediscovering purpose, every page is written for men who want more out of life than comfort or compliance. I write for men who want to lead themselves first before they lead anyone else.
You’ll can find my work on the Dragonship Podcast and the Men’s Empowerment Network Lectures, where I talk with men from around the world about personal sovereignty, discipline, and the lost art of self-respect. My message is simple: masculinity isn’t toxic, it’s timeless. The world needs men who live by their values, protect what’s right, and refuse to compromise who they are.
I live in the American Midwest with my wife, surrounded by open space that reminds me daily what matters most, stillness, gratitude, and purpose. When I’m not writing or coaching, I’m reading, journaling, or developing new projects to help men reconnect with the warrior within.
If my work helps one man look in the mirror and say, “I know who I am, and I’m proud of it,” then I’ve done my job.
