Real estate has become a huge passion of mine. I bought my first home back in 2003 with zero down and two loans. To help pay the mortgages, I house hacked and lived with two roommates for several years. I learned how roommates can help pay for MY house!

Once I moved out, I couldn't afford a new place yet so I rented a place. My rent was covered by the profit from fully renting out my house.

A year later I bought a small condo and moved in for year before renting that out too.

I eventually sold one of my homes as FSBO (For Sale By Owner) and learned a lot in the process.

Over the years, I continued my real estate journey of slowly buying and eventually renting homes out, and finally became a real estate agent myself.
