I’m Anthony J. Fleischmann Jr.—Professional Voice Over Artist, Audiobook Narrator, Author, and Founder of Fleischmann Media, LLC. I help authors, entrepreneurs, and small businesses elevate their brand, tell powerful stories, and communicate with clarity through professional voice work and strategic coaching.

Before launching Fleischmann Media, I spent approximately 18 years in the Human Services field supporting at-risk youth, individuals with developmental disabilities, and families within the foster care system. That experience shaped my belief that education and personal development can transform any life—even one that doesn’t follow a traditional path.

I learned the hard way, having withdrawn from high school after the 10th grade. Years later, I became the first in my family to earn a Bachelor’s degree—graduating with honors from the Community College of Baltimore County with two Associate Degrees; being a member of Phi Theta Kappa, and earning my BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Baltimore, with a focus on Psychology, Sociology, and Criminal Justice.

My journey has taught me many things, especially the power of perseverance, persistence, skill-building, and lifelong learning—values I now bring to both my creative work and the clients I serve.

I'm very detail oriented and strive for perfection in all I do. I combine professional performance skills with a deep understanding of human behavior, storytelling, and digital communication. Outside of Work

You’ll find me spending time with my family, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, teaching martial arts, and enjoying the great outdoors. For me it's all about three words: Faith, Family, and Freedom.
