Born in South East London in 1962, author Nick Davieson moved to South Wales as a child when his father accepted a job back in his own homeland.
Along with his two older brothers and sister he regularly returned to Lewisham to spend school holidays with his grandparents, so has always thought of himself as British.
Nick was educated in the traditional comprehensive school system and achieved successful grades in all his chosen subjects.
Sport was always at the top of his agenda and, apart from football, he achieved success in the lessor known sport of Cycle Speedway, becoming a national junior champion at seventeen years old.
It was always his ambition to run his own business and, alongside his wife Karen, did so successfully in the document archiving industry for over twenty-seven years before acquisition. His version of success was always to find time for sport and to support his own children growing up, never missing a nativity or sports day and spending many hours at Pony Club events with Karen and their three children.
His accountants coined it “The Lifestyle Business “way before the flexibility of the modern working environment evolved. Nick is a keen sportsman to this day.
