Passionate about empowering teams, Rachel enables them to deliver both customer and business success while fostering personal and professional growth. She has led DesignOps teams at Salesforce, Uber, Capital One, and Adaptive Path and is the co-author of Conducting Design: Your Essential Guide to Design Operations. Drawing on her diverse background in business, design strategy, service design, and her first career as a professional ballet dancer, Rachel brings a holistic approach to problem-solving and leadership in DesignOps.
