Alexandra James is a 16-year-old high school student from Atlanta with a passion for painting, cooking, chemistry, and reading everything from thrillers to fantasy. When she’s not binge-watching Netflix or tackling college applications, you’ll find her whipping up delicious baked goods for her classmates and teachers.

A. James’ favorite books include The Disappearing Spoon, The Mysterious Benedict Society, and Game of Thrones. Inspired by her brother’s journey with dyslexia, she wrote a middle-grade novel titled Do Not Take the Train, featuring quirky characters drawn from her three unique siblings.
