Adrian Kelly

Originally a criminal Solicitor in Ireland, Adrian Kelly has had a number of careers from entrepreneurial work in the renewable energy industry to more recently providing business training and consultancy services to a large law firm in Dublin and governmental agencies. He loves movies, spending time with his family and is a huge sports fan.

Sports

He has a broad spectrum of sports coaching experience, from his role as Performance Coach with the Monaghan Senior Intercounty Ladies Gaelic Footballl Team to amateur Baseball, both domestically and internationally, with U18 Irish International Team which included two away European Championships tournaments. He has won national medals in different sports, most recently 3 All Ireland medals with Carrickmacross Rounders Club, since 2020.

Academia

He has lectured and been an external examiner at the Law Society of Ireland and is currently undertaking a Master's Degree in Performance Psychology (University in Wales) to consolidate his practical experience. He regularly speaks at business conferences, corporate team building days and wellness events on subjects ranging from motivation and decision making to purpose and life direction. He also works closely with a number of secondary schools, pioneering Dragon's Den competitions for students and overseeing a college scholarship programme. He also hosts a podcast for Baseball Ireland and a podcast to accompany his book, with the same title The Success Complex, both available Spotify and other platforms.

His overarching goal is to help people get the best out of themselves ... and life.
