Paul T Mero

Paul T. Mero has spent 40+ years in politics and public policy working on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. as a chief-of-staff to running several nonprofit think tanks. Mero has led causes in defense of the natural family, educational equity, intergenerational poverty, state-based comprehensive immigration reform in Utah, Medicaid reforms, and child welfare, among many other public policies. He and his wife, Sally, have been married for 48 years. They have six married children and 23 grandchildren. Born in the Bay Area, raised in northern Virginia outside of Washington, D.C., and lived 20 years in Salt Lake City, the Meros currently reside in Las Vegas, Nevada. They are active members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
