Pola Bell

Pola Bell grew up in Eastern Europe during the early years of communism – a time when the world around her felt gray and somber.

And yet, her heart lived in a vibrant world of fairy tales. She read Hans Christian Andersen’s stories with wide-eyed wonder and spent hours lost in the magical illustrations that lit up her imagination and carried her into enchanted worlds.

From an early age, Pola felt deeply connected to the world of art. She drew, painted, and created with joyful dedication – finding her own color within the grayness of everyday life.

Today, Pola is a joyful mother of two spirited, growing children and a fulfilled wife.

She is now writing her own fairytale – just like the ones she creates for young readers.

And in her story, just like in every meaningful tale, there are better and harder moments, tears of joy and sorrow, kind characters and those who challenge us. There are storms and sunshine, surprises and quiet magic.

But through every chapter, she follows her heart – full of love, dreams, and belief in goodness.

“We are all little weavers of our own stories,” says Pola.

Her books for children aged 2 to 6 are filled with warmth, humor, color, and everyday magic.
