As a 3x cancer survivor, a diabetes diagnosis posed a new challenge that shook me to my core. Battling morbid obesity for most of my life, I knew it was time for a change. Facing the harsh reality required tough conversations with myself. While denial led me into a downward spiral, embracing honesty was my ticket to a better future. My book, The Work in Between, delves into my personal journey towards self-love, acceptance, and overcoming self-doubt, shame, and self-limiting beliefs. Join me as I finally realize that all the external changes start on the inside. I hope my journey will resonate with you.
