Jennifer Bowers

Jennifer Bowers has devoted more than thirty years to public education, with most of her career spent in gifted education. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, along with an add-on certification in Gifted Education. Over the years, she has written numerous curriculum units for her school system and has also taught gifted endorsement classes for teachers. Originally from Connecticut, Jennifer has called Dunwoody, Georgia home since the age of eight. She is the mother of three children — Abby, Will, and Jack — and has always believed in the power of stories, learning, and creativity to make a difference in people’s lives. Her writing reflects her hope to encourage more kindness and acceptance in today’s world, and she is especially grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with her children. She and her family continue to dream up new ideas, so there is more to come.
