I am Dr. Rajput from New York and pleased to introduce myself to you. I’m passionate about Internal Medicine and have great experience in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases. My experience involves working in the hospitals, nursing homes, private offices, and even house calls. Health Tap is a national Telehealth company in the United States of America, and I earned the title of Thought Leader of New York by my contributions.

Currently, I am a Senior Attending Physician at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center of Northwell Health, and Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at New York Medical College. I am A proud Fellow member of the American College of Physicians, USA.
