Nancy Shepherd

Nancy Shepherd, Ph.D., is an author, professor, and entrepreneur who has written and published award-winning educational curriculum and research for children. "Mighty the Mini Rolling Pin" is her first children’s book, and the first of a series. Through her company “Rolling Pin Production”, she plans to create Rolling Pin Reading rooms in underserved communities, where children can receive books and experience the joy of reading.

Nancy and her husband Dave live in Houston, Texas, where they enjoy music, gardening, and baking together. They have six grown children and three grandchildren, who often stop by to read, bake, and play in the garden.
