Lucia Johnson-Flores

Lucia grew up in Ecuador and has a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, which is the study of food and culture, the art of preparing and serving rich or delicate and appetizing food and the science of good eating. Lucia has many years of food preparation experience, and operational experience with food production, having worked in some of the finest hotels in the US and managing a large bakery and cafe in Ecuador.
