With over 30 years of expertise in strategy advisory, solution implementation, sales and business development for global cloud HR and Payroll solutions, Simon has a deep understanding of the capabilities, value, and best practices within HR.

Based in Manchester, UK, he is the co-host of the podcast, The Human Factor Podcast. The Podcast Series is a platform where we discuss our insights and perspectives with a wealth of guests on the topics that matter in the world of work and the human elements that influence them. Our guests have included thought leaders, stars from the world of sports, television and film, aspiring astronauts, politicians and entrepreneurs.
