Mrs Heather Bird

Heather Bird is the Director of HMB Training Services. She is passionate about helping businesses, schools and parents gain health and safety skills through education and training.

Heather created her business in January 2017 with the mission to spread life-saving skills for all, on the back of her daughter choking at 7 months old and having a seizure at the age of 4 years old. She always wanted to become an author, which came to fruition when she created her Neurodiversity Courses in 2024.

Her first published book 'Neurodiversity in the Workplace' was created to spread awareness of neurodiversity. The aim is to help reduce stigma in the workplace.

Heather can't wait to create more books expanding to Children's story books with a first aid theme.
