Marc Egea is a playwright and screenwriter. He writes stage plays, short theatrical pieces and acting material, with a strong focus on practical texts for actors, particularly short monologues for auditions and casting processes.

Throughout his career, he has written and published numerous plays and micro-theatre pieces, as well as a wide range of short monologues used by actors for auditions, self-tapes and professional training. His work is especially valued for its clarity, precision and usefulness in real casting situations.

Marc Egea’s writing is guided by a practical approach to acting: texts are conceived not only to be read or performed on stage, but to function as concrete tools for actors and actresses. His monologues are designed to help performers choose the right material, adapt it to specific casting requirements and work from a clear interpretative perspective.
