With a master’s degree in Technology and Instruction and certifications in PMP and Change Management, Stacy has honed her expertise in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic growth. As the Director of Business Operations, she has a proven track record of optimizing processes and aligning them with business goals.

Stacy has led in various areas, including serving on the City of Durham Human Relations Board, co-founding and presiding over the North Carolina chapter of Latinas in Tech, leading Latine ERGs in the corporate world, and serving on the Board of Directors for the Ellerbee Creek Watershed Association. Through her writing, speaking engagements, and mentorship, Stacy offers practical insights and strategies for women to thrive in challenging environments.
