Thorsten Reich

Thorsten Reich lives with his family in Fulda, Hesse. The time he shares with his family is of immeasurable value to him—a realization that the past has vividly taught him.

His professional career began in the mobility industry and took him on numerous international business trips. As a project manager, he led complex projects, worked closely with leading automobile manufacturers, and gained insights into diverse work cultures. These experiences shaped not only his professional expertise but also his ability to lead people, resolve conflicts successfully, and guide projects safely to their goals.

Over the years, he realized that true success only exists when career, family, and health are in harmony. For this reason, he deepened his knowledge in personal development and work-life balance. At the same time, he built a successful foothold in real estate investment—a field he now regards as a key to financial and personal freedom.

Today, Thorsten Reich combines his expertise in leadership, conflict management, project management, personal development, and real estate investment. His guiding principle, “Work to live – don’t live to work,” inspires leaders, project managers, and investors to combine professional success with humanity, integrity, and self-determination.
